Order Processing time:
Our orders are processed between 3-5 business days, which means you will receive your tracking number during that time. We thank you for being patient while we prepare your order.
We ship from a multitude of vendors and warehouses within the continental United States. All orders will arrive within 7-10 days. Remember, these are estimated times and each order is unique, sometimes orders are delayed due to changes in the system like a pandemic and/or during the holidays when orders tend to be more. Still, we have fast tracking number passing and delivery times compared to just about everyone except Amazon.

All orders shipped in the United States with an order value of $49.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $8.99.
All orders shipped in the United States with an order value of $50.00 or more before taxes, have free shipping.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations:
We work with a multitude of vendors and warehouses to bring you hundreds of premium products. Each one of our vendors has a different return policy so please refer to the product listing to view the return policy. If a product does offer returns, it will be a 15-day return window upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to cancel or update your order you are able to do so up to 4 hours after your order has been confirmed. Please contact us directly at Support@Barotmart.com. We will make sure to make those changes immediately. If the order is already shipped, just return the item unused to get a full refund.
We provide real time tracking information on our order. If you don’t receive your order by the estimated time, please contact us Sales@barotmart.com we promise to do our best in locating your package to make sure it’s delivered, refunded, or exchanged. If it arrives damaged, please take a picture and send it to Sales@barotmart.com. We’ll send you a return label so you can ship the item or items back to us, and we will replace your order.
